O Ministério de Misericórdia propõe-se a servir membros e congregados da Ibam através da beneficência e visitação, assistindo-lhes em suas necessidades básicas materiais e espirituais.

Atualmente, este ministério desenvolve atividades como: distribuição de cestas básicas, visitas, intermediação de mão de obra e auxílio aos desempregados.
